This service allows you to manage your statements and advices in an electronic format at HSBC Internet Banking or your designated email address anytime, anywhere. Customers can enjoy greater convenience while saving paper and building a greener future for the next generation.

How do I set up the Service?
1. Logon to HSBC Internet Banking and click "eStatement and eAdvice" under "My HSBC"
2. Click "Register Now" to register eStatement and eAdvice
3. Accept Terms and Conditions
4. Set up password for opening eCorrespondence via your designated email address
5. Confirm and acknowledge the eStatement and eAdvice registration

What if I want to use another email address or mobile phone to receive communication related to eStatements / eAdvices, but don't want HSBC to use that email address or mobile phone in my personal record with HSBC?
Whichever email address or mobile phone you use to receive communication related to eStatements / eAdvices, it will be automatically updated in our record. Therefore, please use the email address and mobile phone that you wish us to have.

When will my registration be effective?
Your registration will take effect immediately.

When will I start receiving eStatements / eAdvices?
Once the registration is completed and took effect, you will start receiving eStatements / eAdvices on your coming statement / advice generation date.

How do I modify the service selected before or resume to paper?
Go to "eStatement and eAdvice" and click "Maintain Online Account / eStatement and eAdvice" to click item(s) which you prefer to receive in email and/or unclick item(s) which you prefer to receive in paper under the column of "eStatement and eAdvice".

How can I update my email address / mobile phone number?
Go to "eStatement and eAdvice" and click "Change email address / mobile phone" to enter your updated email address / mobile phone number.

What can I do if I want to change my password?
Go to "eStatement and eAdvice" and click "Change password" to enter your new password.

What can I do if I want to use the Service again after I have terminated the Service?
If you wish to resume the Service, you must register for the Service again.

How do I set up the MPF's Service?
1. Logon to PIB and click "MPF eStatement and eAdvice" under "MPF/ORSO"
2. Click "Register Now" to register for MPF eStatement and eAdvice
3. Elect "MPF eStatement and/or eAdvice service"
4. Click "All active MPF account(s) under participating MPF scheme(s)"
5. Accept Terms and Conditions
6. Input email address
7. Confirm to complete the registration for the MPF's Service

What if I want to use another email address to receive notification related to MPF eStatement(s) and/or eAdvice(s), but don't want HSBC to use that email address in my personal record with MPF?
If you have elected the MPF's Service with your PIB profile whatever is registered with your MPF/ORSO account ("MPF/ORSO PIB Profile") or registered with your Bank account ("Bank's PIB Profile"), whichever email address you use to receive email notification related to MPF eStatement(s) and/or eAdvice(s), it must be matched with email address in MPF record. Therefore, please update the email address in MPF record that you wish us to have.

When will my registration be effective?
Your registration will take effect immediately.

When will I start receiving MPF eStatement(s) and/or eAdvice(s) (if any)?
Once the registration is completed and took effect, you will start receiving MPF eStatement(s) and/or eAdvice(s) on your coming MPF statement(s) and/or advice(s) generation date. Please note that any MPF statement(s) and/or advice(s) generated on or before registration day but yet to be printed will be sent to your correspondence address.

How do I modify the service elected before or resume to paper?
Go to "MPF eStatement and eAdvice" and click "Maintain MPF eStatement and eAdvice" to check the "MPF eStatement and/or eAdvice service" option to elect receiving MPF eStatement(s) and/or eAdvice(s). You can uncheck the same option if you prefer to receive MPF statement(s) and/or advice(s) in paper format.

How can I update my email address / mobile phone number?
You can complete and submit the Personal Details Change Form (IN91) to us to update your email address, mobile phone number and other personal details. You can download the form from our public website (www.hsbc.com.hk/mpf).

What can I do if I want to use the MPF's Service again after I have terminated the MPF's Service?
If you wish to resume the MPF's Service, you must register for the MPF's Service again by checking the "MPF eStatement and/or eAdvice Service" option for "All active MPF account(s) under participating MPF scheme(s)" on Maintain MPF eStatement and eAdvice page at "MPF eStatement and eAdvice" section.
